Pony All Star District 1 Tournament Info June 30- July 3, 2017

IWV Youth Baseball is proud to host Pony Baseball and attending teams for the 2017 Mustang and Bronco District 1 All Star Tournament. You can find helpful tournament info about our facility and preferred local hotels.

	Tournament Basics: As with any tournament, only 1 ice chest per team is allowed. Personal ice chests are not allowed, please respect this rule. Gate fee is the Pony set rate of $350 per team, payable to IWV Youth Baseball or IWVYB.  Upon arrival at our facility there is an asphalt parking lot in the front, which is closer to the Bronco field. If this parking lot is full, please proceed to the rear of the facility to the gravel parking lot.  From this lot there is a single entrance, which will put you very close to the Mustang field.  The Pony director tent will be located near the snack bar at the center of the facility. Open fields will be available for warm-ups for the teams playing next.  Warm-ups will not be on your fields but pre-designated to ensure proper field maintenance between games and that each team has adequate warm-up areas.  See the facility layout below for further information (will be ready as we approach the tourney). 	Springhill Suites / Hampton Inn: Both the Springhill Suites and Hampton Inn and Suites are offering reduced rates at $99. There are pools but they plan on having indoor activities set up for the teams (XBox, games, etc) during the day to help keep them indoors and resting. There will be one free room for a less fortunate family per team (up to 4) that must be arranged through the team manager by contacting Rod Nutter (below). The Pony All Star rates are not available online, you must call for your group rate reservation and mention Pony All Stars; provide your team name to ensure your teams stay together. 	Clarion Hotel Info: The Clarion Hotel is also offering a reduced rate with a $70 Pony All Star rate, including hot breakfast from the menu in the BMC Bistro Restaurant, a free room per team for one less fortunate family (up to 4) that must be arranged through the team manager by contacting Rod Nutter (below).
